New to Yoga? You are in the right place. Shine Yoga with Nicky will lead you step by step slowly through the process. We begin with Breathwork (Pranayama) to slow us down from the business of the day. Then we sequencially warm up the body through a series of poses (Asana). These are all taught with many options for modifications to suit your body/health needs. This practise will lead you to progress in various poses and gradually put them together; into Salutation sequences, Meditation and Relaxation techniques that you will have as health tools for the rest of your life!

When practised together all these Yoga techniques leave you feeling incredible from the inside out; bringing you; energy, radiance, strength, flexibility, physical and psychological health, motivation, creativity, vibrancy, body confidence, weight loss, reduced stress and better sleep, whats not to love!

The word yoga means the union of mind, body and spirit. So, through our practise we discover transformation and tranquility as you find yourself again and shift into being rather than doing.
