These are specially tailored Yoga classes to address Mens Health. Targeting tight shoulders, hips and hamstrings and lots of adjustments for prior wear and tear.

Complete beginners to yoga are ideal as well as those with experience.

When you go to your first yoga class, remember that it is not a competition like other forms of exercise. It is a time to make space for yourself. You will start to see many improvements, just keep getting back to your mat and keep putting it into practice. Stick with it and, eventually, yoga will become a way of life.
