These Vinyasa Yoga classes are designed as a morning practise to get you mobile and motivated for your day ahead. They will develop your yoga practice and deepen your body awareness. Suitable for complete beginners, intermediate and advanced yogis you will experience some very effective breathing and meditation techniques to clear the mind, along with a clear introduction to traditional yoga poses designed to not only get you into shape but also leave you feeling incredible from the inside out. Each class is themed so there is a different focus and target area weekly. You will always be given different modification options to choose from and lots of alignment and adjustments from Nicky.

This is a wonderful social class and lots of members go for teas and coffees afterwards at local cafes.
